Founder - Ssaalongo Mulindwa Theo Luzuka

Ssaalongo Mulindwa Theo Luzuka holds a 1st Class B.A. Honours, an M.A., as well as a diploma in Project Management. He has many years of university teaching and management experience in Singapore, Uganda, Lesotho, and South Africa.

Because he has always been approached by young people seeking advice on handling their emotional entanglements, and because of the high success rate of helping young people with managing their relations, and also because of his genuine concern for the health and wellness of people and their families, Ssaalongo Luzuka decided to set up Empeta International which is driven by the desire to help Africans living away from their countries to find lasting fulfilment in romance and marriage.

Empeta International employs the expertise of a ssenga and a kojja to ensure that the interests of individual and community are safeguarded and promoted. Because our management style is African and consultative and uses a system endorsed by ancestral wisdom we are confident of success in our relations and match-making management.
